I sometime play around with the idea of making little pictures and found I liked the bearded lady on the right so hopefully there will be more of her in future pictures. With all the snow outside it has been great for painting, the house is so bright with the snow reflecting the sun. This little piece is about 5" by 5" and is for sale for $30.
I had a lot of fun drawing this painting. Love the gold glazed trees and Mr. Cat in the center. This Painting is 9" by 12" on 300 pound Arches Cold Press Paper. Here is a fun little painting of 3 cats gathering for a chat.. I could have called it Chatty Catty but the Milk Board of California notified me that a painting I posted recently called "Got Milk?" was a copyright infringement so I changed it to "Got Lawsuit?".
Have you ever had a drink called a Pink Lady? It's a very rich drink made with gin, grenadine and heavy cream. I had a favorite aunt who used to love to drink them, but after she had one became quite flushed and hot. I originally thought of calling this painting "I'll have what she's having" because of the lovely pink lady here but decided that might be too obtuse. This painting is for sale for $400.
